Product Information

• Do your products cater to western or international markets?

Products we list on our website are mainly manufactured for international markets with accompanying English language manuals and instructions, power ac/dc adapters, etc. For apparel, our products are tailored for both US or Asian size standards.

• What happens if the products I receive are defective or don't meet up to expectations?

If you are ordering a sizeable amount of quantity for the first time, we suggest you first order a sample for inspection. This should eliminate much guesswork as to the quality of the product. wickedexports also conducts strictly defined payment procedures to suppliers based on the size of your order. In event of dissatisfaction, we will contact your supplier on your behalf, and work together with both parties to derive a favorable solution or settlement.

• Can I order samples?

Suppliers who post products on wickedexports.com for sale may or may not decide to offer samples for purchase. You can always see if a product you come across may be ordered as a sample or not. All samples are chargeable at sample prices set by the supplier.

• Is there a minimum checkout amount?

Our minimum checkout amount is displayed per product. Shipping fees are separately charged.

• How will I know the exact transportation, shipping and other misc costs?

One of your main benefits of using wickedexports is our dedication to shop around for the best shipping rates on your behalf from related courier and freight forwarding companies. You get to take advantage of our deep discounts of as much as 40% off published courier rates since we have a good standing with these companies. As for ocean or air freight charges, there are special promotional rates during certain days of the week or month, and we will be informed firsthand to pass on these savings to you.

Payment Methods

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal payment for purchases under $2000. For purchases over $2000, we only accept Telegraphic-Transfers (T/T) as payment.

*IMPORTANT - Please remember to specify your Full Name and Order ID when performing your remittance and subsequently fax your TT receipt over to us. This will allow us to identify you as the sender of your TT funds. Failure to do so may RESULT IN FURTHUR DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER since we won't know exactly from whom the payment was made. If faxing proves extremely inconvenient for you, please at least send an email immediately to accounts@wickedexports.com to inform our staff that TT payment has been made and is on the way to our bank account.

• Can you accept Letter of Credit as payment?

No, we can only receive cash payment via wire transfer in order to begin work for your order. s.

• How do you screen your suppliers for fraud?

We actively screen our suppliers to ensure they are legitimate business supplying quality goods that adhere to international standards. We do the necessary steps and precaution to verify the existence and legitimacy of their business through set inspection rules laid our by our company procedures as well as Chinese chambers of commerce. However, we cannot guarantee 100% fraud control even with all necessary precautions as any business in the world has an element of risk. In order to furthur minimize risks of dealing with suppliers, we have provided our customers with indispensable value added services only offered at wickedexports.com website.

• What happens if my funds don't get used up due to out of stock or cancellations?

For unused funds on your account, you may have it stored as customer credit for your next purchase or request for an immediate cash refund to be issued.

• Do you offer credit terms?

We do not offer credit terms to our customers at the moment.

We will have your items delivered and consolidated at a local central point and re-routed to you via one single shipment, as opposed to having incur charges for several shipments. Our consolidation service is applicable only for larger orders from multiple suppliers.

• How do I check the status of my order or shipment?

You may login to your account at wickedexports.com or our logistic partner websites to check on the status of your order. Our staff will provide you all necessary info to allow you to track your shipments online.

• What is the entire turnaround time to receive my products?

Lead times to ship depends on 2 factors i.e. supplier ability and quantities ordered. Some suppliers may need time to manufacturer your goods whilst some suppliers may already have stock in hand. If you order in larger quantities, that may also require more time. Our staff will confirm with you the exact delivery schedules shortly after you place your order.

• Why does your website time out so often?

Due to security settings of our e-commerce platform, your sessions will be ended remotely after a certain time interval. In order for you to preserve items that you wish to order, you may use our "Save Cart" function to save the entire content of your shopping cart, which you may retrieve at any time.
